Bold Numerals Die Set

Hello friends!

I am popping in with quick post about using Bold Number Die Set.
Recently my Father-in Law celebrated his 93rd birthday.

I made a card to remind him how old he has turned.

Since he has dementia and hardly recognize us, sadly, a card with number seems like the best idea!

What a lovely card Virginia and a great idea to use the number for a dementia patient. What a thoughtful daughter-in-law you are!
As you may have noticed, I have been off the radar a bit as we started the year off by planning our first trip ever... (It was for our 40th wedding Ann. in April to Cuba.) Shortly after returning home my MIL, who was 98, began to decline. Being as we lived next door since we got married, I was very close to her and did a lot for/with her. She passed in late Sept. and I am still trying to adjust to our new norm. I am hoping to get back to visiting my bloggers as I get great enjoyment from you all.
All the best to your wonderful father-in-law (he looks so sweet!) and your entire family! (((HUGS)))

Your card was perfect for your father-in-law! Thanks for including another picture of your wonderful family. As mentioned above, your idea of using the person's age is a good idea for a dementia patient or an elderly person.

This is soooo sweet! Sorry he is going through dementia.... my grandma just turned 98 this year and the nurses say that one of the only things she remembers short term is that her granddaughter Meghan makes her all the cards :)

What a blessing that he's still here and looks no where near 93. Also, that he can enjoy this beautiful card. Love how you used the stamp set to create this gorgeous repeat design and the way you reminded him of his age.

What an awesome masculine card. Those number dies are a must have for sure. I'm sorry to hear that he has dementia but it's the thought that counts and he's so lucky to have such a supportive family. May he live to see many more birthdays.
