Potted Plants Stamp & Die Bundle

My card today was created for the October Blog Hop and then I decided to share the circle card for the hop. It may be TMI for one post with two potted plants cards!!?
So, here is the "leftover"---still a goodie, I promise!😉

The watercolor mix is something that gets me every time.
You just never know until you make it! When it comes to color-mixing, the colors sometimes has a mind of its own. No color-mixing will ever turn out exactly the same or what you originally have in mind. But I guess that is the beauty of watercoloring.
To go with the bright colors and sentiment, I thought it is most appropriate to use the Warp Speed Stencil for the background. SO easy to do and SO effective! Wouldn't these images be perfect for making book marks? The stamp set comes with such a nice and encouraging sentiment!
I added two strips of Washi Paper ( Dots in Maple and Leaf) which really grounded the image.
The Washi Tape also provided some extra burst of colors and interest.
And oh...by the way, I did cut a small slit with an Exacto knife at the edge of the pot.
That way, I can "insert" (or shall we say "grow"?) the plant properly!
The sentiment is embossed with Antique Gold Embossing Powder.
Gotta go with the shinny theme, right?

Love this vibrant and cheerful card, LOVING the washi tape to ground the images, so pretty and easy peasy. I love the plant actually IN the pot as you did cutting a slit in the pot image!
